Shipping Policy - the basics

🚚 Shipping Costs

  • All shipping costs are paid by the customer at the time of checkout.

  • Rates are calculated based on order weight, size, and destination.

  • We do not currently offer free shipping promotions unless explicitly stated.

📦 Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

📬 Lost or Undelivered Packages

We stand behind every order.
If your package is lost in transit or marked as not delivered, we will:

  • Work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue

  • Send a replacement product at no additional cost to you

Please allow a reasonable time for investigation (up to 7 business days) before a replacement is issued.
