Accessibility Statement for Duracon Surface Solutions

Our Commitment

  • Text Alternatives: All non-text content (images, icons, videos) includes meaningful alternative (“alt”) text or captions.

  • Color Contrast: Text and interactive elements meet or exceed a contrast ratio of 4.5:1 against their background.

  • Resizable Text: Text on the site can be resized up to 200% without loss of content or functionality.

  • Responsive Design: The site layout adapts to different screen sizes, devices, and orientations.

  • Form Labels & Instructions: Every form field has an associated label, and error messages are programmatically linked to their fields.

  • Skip Links: “Skip to content” links are provided to bypass repetitive navigation.

  • Continuous Testing: We use automated tools and manual audits (including keyboard-only and screen-reader testing) to identify and remediate accessibility issues.

Ongoing Efforts
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We review and update our content, code, and third-party integrations regularly to address any new issues and to incorporate evolving best practices.

Known Limitations
While we strive for full compliance, some third-party content (e.g., embedded videos, certain vendor widgets) may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards. We are actively working with our providers to improve accessibility or implement alternative solutions.
